Model and television personality

Jessica Aïdi is a French model from Montpellier represented by Next Management. Her work includes international fashion editorials, beauty and swimwear campaigns, and a place in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s 2019 Swim Search class. She has also worked as a booker on the W9 series Les Marseillais. Aïdi married Italy midfielder Marco Verratti in July 2021. Their daughter Lya, their first child together, was born on 23 October 2026.

Career and background

Aïdi moved to Paris at 18 to pursue modelling while continuing her education. She worked as a waitress to support herself, combining practical jobs with attempts to enter the industry. Her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut came in 2019 as a Swim Search finalist. Photographer Yu Tsai shot her in the Bahamas for that issue. Television added a different type of work. For Les Marseillais in Dubai, she took a booker role organising the contestants’ professional activities. In an original 2021 interview with Le Parisien, she discussed joining the programme while filming in Dubai. Relationship history

Aïdi and Marco Verratti first met at a Paris restaurant where she worked. She later moved to New York before returning to France as their relationship developed. They were publicly linked in 2019 and became engaged following a proposal in Marrakesh. Their wedding took place on 15 July 2021 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Their first child together, Lya, was born on 23 October 2026. Verratti also has two sons from his earlier relationship with Laura Zazzara; they are Aïdi’s stepchildren.
