Rachida Brakni is a French actor, director, singer and author whose work spans cinema, theatre and music. Career and background

Brakni trained at the Conservatoire and joined the Comédie-Française in 2001. Early film work included Loin and Chaos, with the latter earning national recognition at the César awards. Her theatre career developed alongside screen appearances, and she received a Molière for Ruy Blas.
