On her second album, Parte de Mí, Nicole explored funk, jazz and R&B alongside her urban sound. In a January 2022 Harper’s BAZAAR interview, she identified Amy Winehouse as an enduring influence and described experimenting across genres. Relationship history

Nicki Nicole’s most recent publicly confirmed relationship was with Lamine Yamal in 2025. They went public that August, and Yamal confirmed their separation in November.

Before Yamal, she dated Mexican singer Peso Pluma in 2023–2024. Her earlier relationship with Argentine rapper Trueno began in 2020, included an engagement and ended in early 2023. She also briefly dated fellow rapper Khea in 2019.

In late 2024, entertainment reports linked Nicole to Enzo Fernández. She publicly denied a romance and said she was dating someone outside public life.
