Bonino and Federico Valverde made their relationship public in 2019 and built their family in Madrid. They married privately in 2022: Valverde’s France Football interview, reproduced by the official Ballon d’Or site, identifies her as his wife and gives that year. He has described Bonino as an important influence on his confidence, explaining that her background in journalism means they discuss and analyse his performances. Their sons Benicio and Bautista were followed by daughter Bruna, whose birth Valverde confirmed in a September 2026 interview.
