Her publisher’s biography describes that decision as a deliberate career choice. Díaz and Sergio Reguilón began their relationship in 2019 and separated in October 2023 after four years together. She revisited that period in her 2026 documentary. She later had a public connection with Swedish creator Marlon Lundgreen Garcia; by January 2026 she described their contact as cordial after their public distancing. Following reports linking her to Gero Arias that summer, Díaz explicitly said she was single in a 23 September 2026 interview.
