Luz Méndez

Luz Méndez is a Spanish Pilates instructor, entrepreneur and digital creator from Tenerife. She cofounded Elements Madrid with Sarah Schultheis, developing wellness events that combine movement, recovery and social connection. Her work also includes modelling and lifestyle content. After several years together and an engagement announced in May 2026, she married Real Madrid and Morocco forward Brahim Díaz in Greece in summer 2026.

Méndez is originally from Tenerife and has lived in several countries. Earlier coverage introduced her as an actress, while her more recent public work centres on Pilates, lifestyle content and entrepreneurship.
