Relationship history
Connie Grace is a former partner of Cole Palmer. They appeared together publicly in 2024, including at the GQ Men of the Year event, before their separation was reported in July 2025. Grace later rejected online claims that she had proposed marriage to him. No current partner has been publicly confirmed.
Grace gave a first-person account of their early connection in the 2025 documentary England’s Lions: A New Generation.
